Change my mind Challenge

At Santo Angel School we’re all about finding ways to move the national debate format beyond the outdated dichotomy of left and right. Today, we are launching a new platform for debate to further that mission. We are calling it “Change my Mind.”

It works like this. We will invite students from different grades to stake out positions on key issues. We’ll read the arguments and ask them. Do you agree? Disagree? Are you on the fence? each student must state their arguments. The winner is declared based on who has swayed the best answer.
